Studio unit includes: King size bed, queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom (shower only) and walk in closet. Southwestern facing balcony with amazing sunset views! Items Provided Fully equipped kitchen Linens: towels, beach towels, comforters / blankets, sheets, etc. 2 Beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler, and 1 beach cart Bikes (2) are available for use during your stay. 1 Men and 1 Women Electra 7 Cruisers. This is a non-smoking property and unit. No pets allowed on property. Best for 2 adults. Main guest making reservation must be over age 25. ID required.

Important Update: The Beach and Tennis Club is in the process of revitalization after Hurricane Ian. We’re thrilled about the upgrades ahead! Please keep in mind that some amenities—like tennis, pickleball, and the onsite restaurant—are temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry! You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two onsite heated pools at Buildings 2 and 4. We do ask our guest to sign a Rental Agreement 48 hours after receipt to protect all parties. You’re not obliged to sign anything. If you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty.

Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Little Hickory Island Beach Park and Bonita Beach Park, with its sand dunes. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Everglades Wonder Gardens features orchids, parrots and reptiles. Naples and Fort Myers Beach is a short drive. Free parking onsite. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks Grill is in walking distance. This was definitely a 5 star stay! The host was exceptional. She was always friendly and quickly responsive to my messages. She also went the extra mile with a few special requests from us. The unit is across the street from the beach, as advertised. You can definitely watch the sunset from the balcony. If you want to get the best experience for the sunset, just walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach like we did. It is definitely worth it! The unit is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. We love to cook, and the kitchen was very convenient and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We really have no complaints at all about this place. One thing that made our trip even better is the supply of beach gear provided. There is a beach cart that you can take to the beach and you will have chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach towels. Also coolers & tote bags. Every detail was thought of in this regard!

The “nook” is thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, noodles, & wagon which made the walk across the street simple & easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The unit was spotless and it seemed to be newly furnished. Laundry is available in the adjacent building and uses Apple Pay. The host is easy to communicate with and the location is convenient for exploring the gulf coast. Highly recommend as it’s one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed in!

The location is phenomenal, the view from the balcony is gorgeous and Rebecca has thought of anything and everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect!! The bed was very cozy and we will certainly stay there when we make it to Bonita Springs again!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail of the property had been thoughtfully considered. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately felt like home. Everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway was provided — including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more — making my stay effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place so fully equipped and guest-focused. An added bonus was the fantastic restaurant located just across the street, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable without even needing to get in the car. The host was truly exceptional — extremely communicative, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She provided great local tips that made my stay even better. This is easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend this property!
